The touch id nor pin option work when trying to sign in.

Needs to be improved. It freezes up

Any app you have to sign into every time you use it is pointless! Touch id never works

The app says it needs to be updated, wont let you login, takes you to the App Store, where it says you have the app. You then try to open the app and it starts all over.

Not sure how Im suppose to order anything if I cant get signed on to the app. It takes 10 trys and finally I get on just to get booted out of the app. What the heck PLEASE PLEASE FIX SO I CAN ORDER!!!!!

If you expect me to pay you on time you might want to allow me access to the app? Says I need a internet connection even though I do?? Fix it soon!

Loads very slow, cant long in at times.

The app worked for about a week, was a decent app. Now it will not work at all, I tried deleting and redownloading and it wont even sign in, its been about a week and I have tried multiple times a day.

Was concerned about reviews but after app downloaded put in info and it worked perfectly for paying my bill less than 5 mins.

Just downloaded a few minutes ago, had absolutely NO problem logging into my account or viewing anything, nor any connection problems. (Yet) Will update on how well it works later.

This has got to be one of the worst apps Ive used in 2016. It functions a basic shopping app with access to paying for whatever you buy when a payment is due. However, you cannot check order status; cant do anything really with you account section. This is crucial when creating an application such as this, as it pleases the custom by creating peace of mind and accessibility to important sections of their account.

The first time I attempted to use this app I received an error message that there was a newer version available, but when I clicked "upgrade" there was no newer version. Thinking it may have been an error, I deleted the app and tried to download it again, but had the same problem. I can neither use it nor upgrade it.

When I add stuff to my cart it doesnt save it. Also closes the page I was looking at when going back to my search. Would be 5 if this didnt happen.

Ive been waiting for a Fingerhut app for years! Now let me go find all the bugs for you. :)

Wow this is a great app for me to shop and make payments. Great job.

What good is the app to FreshStart customers if you cant login. I get an error message "Sorry Jasmine your account type is not supported on this App" please fix!!

Love that there is an app to pay my bill. Too sluggish, and freezes up too often. iPhone 6s.

Finally its here, and was able to pay my payment, and view some other items I was interested in, and on the go with a simple press on the app; I was able to log in with no difficulties, made my payment on time, made a purchase, and most of all I was happy great app nothing I need to complain about it.

I downloaded the app and it wont let me log in on the app I can only use it on my actual web browser.

Easy way for me to manage my account, pay bills, track orders, etc. shopping part could be better though
