Wont let me shop. Wont refresh. Closeout tab does not take you back to a previous search after you are finished looking at an item. Have to scroll all the way back thru the list.

Finally an app very easy to use !!!

Finally an app for fingerhut. I knew it was just a matter of time. App is functional but has a lot of bugs to be fixed but I know in due time it will.

App looks great. Been waiting for a while for this app. So far it works amazing and layout is amazing. Thank you fingurhut. You have amazing customer service and great choices ;).

I have had this app for about a month. It worked perfectly fine until 1/22/2016. I attempt to sign in and get an error message that says: "Your account type is not supported by the mobile app"..... What is this about?!?!

Easy to download, unfortunately not able to login with my iPhone 6plus. I received a message to pay online

Fingerhut App functions exactly like those slow websites from 90s, #Fail.

Unfortunately, it loves to log me out all the time. Hey, FingerHut, you do have the ability to make TouchID work properly.

You have to sign in with your full credentials every time, regardless if youve set it to use the finger print. The website is just as cumbersome as the app.

App is slow , finger scan doesnt work have to log in every time . Even though Im logged in and I want to look at my account it ask me to log in again . Need account access to be intergraded into the app , not a web version

When I first got the app, it was great. Now it requires me to sign in every single time I open it. Even if I close out of it for 2 minutes. Disliking it very much. If it continues, Ill delete it.

This app freezes then crashes within minutes of opening. Please fix this app!!

It keeps crashing every time I open a department

Doesnt work as it should. Lets you set up a PIN so you dont have to use your full username and password and then asks for them anyway instead of a PIN. Also, when you try to shop from the app it just opens the mobile site inside the app instead of letting you shop from the app directly, and youre not even signed into the site within the app even though you are signed in through the app. And, guess what, you have to use your full username and password. Again. The app is actually slower and less convenient to use than the mobile site. A waste of time. Do not download.

Will not allow me to sign in says my account type isnt supported

The initial description says we can use Touch ID to log in and I have watched 3 successive updates to this app since my initial install and I have yet to be able to log in using my Touch ID. How about fixing that in an update which makes everyones lives better before you start improving things that no one cares about?

Its not fixed yet. I still cant register and therefore I cant buy anything.
